A Lucky Escape by Hilary Hannon

​Hi my name is Caitlin. I work in the fashion industry designing clothes for children.  I work in Paris near Disneyland.  I live with three other Irish girls.  I love the French way of life and walking around Paris.  From my apartment I can hear all the children having fun with their friends.

 Last week when I was at work the red fire alarm started ringing. There was a fire in the sewing room. I was very afraid.  My boss told us to evacuate the building. Three fire engines arrived and quickly put out the fire. We all got out safely thanks to the urgent action of my boss.  I had a very lucky escape.
