My friend Carla started work in the hospitality industry as a waitress, she hopes to rise to hotel management one day. Today was one of the worst days of her life, her alarm didn't go off, she met a red light on her drive to work which made her late, she was afraid of the consequences, to make matters worse there was a gas leak in the main kitchen, the staff had to evacuate urgently out a fire door, luckily the hotel was not open to the public today as the grand opening is tomorrow.  
Wow what a leap into hotel management for my friend, you have got to always be ready for the eventuality!
