The best form of transport is electric vehicles because they are clean and renewable energy.
The way we are traveling is letting out carbon emissions into the earth's atmosphere.
I think long distance traveling should be restricted but it depends on where you are going  and how far you are going.   
If people were not allowed to travel some business would go bankrupt and a lot of people would be unemployed . You would not be able to go on holidays or you would not get to see their granny, grandad or cousins or go to work.
