Westfields Visit with Geoff Hunt

In March, 5th and 6th class went bird watching to Westfields.  We got to have a good look at some tufted duck, mallard, pochard and shovellers.  Each pupil had plenty of time to use the binoculars and telescope to examine the birds.  On the way back to the bus we spotted a heron in her nest high above in the trees.
